I have a plan to
increasing my own use of social media channels including blogs, forum, Twitter
and facebook. These websites may contain hyperlinks, images and links (to pages
containing movies and music). Therefore, I have a chance to reach the great
potential of these social medias to facilitate ease of connection,
communication and understanding between individuals and organizations and use
them to communicate with friends, to meet new friends, to create communities
and networks, to search for information and news and to share ideas…Besides, I
can build and promote my image without having to spend any fees. Furthermore, I
can manage and run them without any particular or agency organizations.
Especially, with the simple steps I can own the personal website and can be
accessed anytime and anywhere.
Standing at a
personal perspective, I see the social media impact to social life today such
as you can update information across the world in your ten fingers, it's an amazing.
Importantly, it helps you to connect the
relationships over the world, creating many opportunities for learning and
development, improve personal knowledge.
At a business perspective, I see that the brand
building, advertising, marketing and selling online ... these things absolutely
need the mass social media. A lot of services become more convenient because
people can enroll, apply to a job, transaction, book tickets or fares as well
as perform various services through networking tools. These websites can help
train personnel, coordination of the work, share knowledge and to allow other
forms of support for any task.
However, it also
has negative aspects; the new lifestyle appearances, the users of virtual space
become stronger and more confident in their communication lead to
"flippant", lack of respect for each other. And of course, the communication
through machines cannot substitute completely for the relationship between
individuals in the family and community. Moreover, the copyright issues, the
information content censorship, the protection of young people from the
pitfalls, and to preventing and eliminating harmful information is becoming
more difficult and more complex. These are challenging problems that our society
has to face today.
